Yes. ZKTeco Dubai is an authorised UAE distributor of ZKTeco hardware and software. All products are genuine, sealed and warranty-backed.
Do you provide installation across all Emirates?
Yes — our certified engineers cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
What is the warranty on ZKTeco devices?
Standard manufacturer warranty is 1 year on most devices, with extended warranty available as part of our AMC packages.
Can you integrate with our payroll system?
Yes. BioTime integrates with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks and many more via CSV, REST API or direct connectors.
Do you offer AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)?
Yes, with preventive maintenance visits, priority support and spare parts coverage. Multiple SLA tiers are available.
How fast can you deliver?
In-stock devices can ship the same day across Dubai, with next-day delivery to other Emirates.
Do you handle SIRA / Dubai Police compliance?
Yes, we configure systems to meet SIRA and Dubai Police access control compliance requirements where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cheque, and corporate credit card. Project-based milestone payments are available for larger deployments.
